Surf Survivor Course: 4–5 hrs · Designed for surfers and ocean lovers who want to improve safety and control under stress · Group of 1 to 4 people per instructor
Museo Atlántico — Snorkel & Freediving: 2–3 hrs · Unique experience to discover underwater sculptures by snorkeling or freediving · Minimum 2 people
Meeting Point: Sports Center in Puerto del Carmen · Equipment pick-up and technical briefing at the center · Group descent to Playa Chica for the in-water session
Includes: Professional instructor, full freediving equipment, and liability insurance
Requirements (Level 1): Over 18 years old (12 with consent), able to swim, and valid medical certificate
